Last updated: September 15, 2026

These terms apply to lauroguedes.dev, its technical content, and the personal Google OAuth integration operated by Lauro Guedes through Hermes Agent. By using the site or authorizing the integration, you agree to these terms.

Purpose and availability

The site provides educational technical content, project information, and examples. The Google OAuth integration is currently intended for personal workflows belonging to its authorized account owner. It is not offered as a public or commercial identity, email, calendar, or storage service.

Authorization and acceptable use

You must only authorize a Google account that you own or are permitted to manage. You agree not to:

Your responsibilities

Technical guides are provided as examples. You are responsible for reviewing scopes, securing OAuth credentials, protecting callback URLs and tokens, following Google policies, testing your configuration, and determining whether an example is suitable for your environment.

Third-party services

The site and integration may rely on services and software provided by Google, Hermes Agent, Nous Research, hosting providers, and configured AI model providers. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply. This site and its personal OAuth integration are independently operated and are not endorsed by or affiliated with Google or Nous Research.

No warranty

The site, guides, code examples, and integration are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No guarantee is made that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. OAuth policies, APIs, and third-party services can change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lauro Guedes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the site, examples, or integration. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and Google user data

The Privacy Policy explains how the personal integration accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data. Authorization can be revoked from the Google Account's third-party connections page.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated when the site, integration, or applicable policies change. Access to the integration may be suspended or discontinued to protect accounts, data, infrastructure, or legal compliance.
